It is my privilege to live in a custom home built by ORTAM Construction. The house in Tarzana is absolutely beautiful – a showpiece really – and since my wife and I purchased it new in May 2016, several commercials and television shows have been filmed at the property. What has drawn the interest of production companies is the very same thing that captured my family’s imagination: spectacular design, a wonderful open floor plan, a grand scale (yet not over-the-top), and an amazing backyard that has literally doubled as a resort. Beyond its stunning aesthetic, the home was built with an attention to detail and level of craftsmanship that is extraordinary. In fact, while in escrow, the home inspector I hired took it upon himself to tell me that he had inspected countless new construction homes, and mine exhibited the finest quality he had ever seen. Those words speak to the skill, care and passion that Charlie and Oran pour into their building projects. I should add that the integrity of the construction of my house is matched by the integrity of the men who built it – Charlie and Oran take great pride in their work and stand behind it 100%. For that, my wife and I are incredibly grateful.
